- Oversee office inventory management, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency after-hours communications and escalations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite capabilities
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and corporate security protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as night shift liaison for global teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience with proven night shift availability
