- Coordinate office operations during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive team
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
