Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (11 PM - 7 AM), including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry tasks for client information, service records, and inventory management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate security protocols including visitor badge issuance and access control procedures
- Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and digital records with strict attention to detail
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management
- Collaborate with overnight security team and day-shift staff for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in data entry with 45+ WPM typing speed and 99% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
