Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Screen and direct visitors/clients with exceptional etiquette
- Handle multi-line phone system and route communications
- Coordinate security protocols and access control procedures
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and confidential documentation
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Perform basic office support tasks (scheduling, filing, supply management)
- Collaborate with overnight security team for facility integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience required
