Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications and prioritize executive correspondence during overnight hours
- Coordinate international scheduling and calendar management across time zones
- Process confidential documentation with 100% accuracy and HIPAA compliance
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Execute data entry and report generation using advanced Excel functions
- Act as primary point of contact for global emergency protocols
- Maintain secure document management systems with audit trails
- Support cross-departmental projects with precision and discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
