Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, and digital correspondence during night shifts
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and documentation
- Oversee office inventory management and supply replenishment procedures
- Support HR functions onboarding, records maintenance, and compliance documentation
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and expense report reconciliation
- Implement data entry protocols and maintain accurate digital filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) highly desirable
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM
