- Perform accurate data entry for patient records and administrative databases
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain digital calendars
- Handle visitor protocols including badge issuance and meeting coordination
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage document filing systems
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficient in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour accuracy
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure healthcare environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols preferred
