Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, answering multi-line phones and routing calls efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 99% accuracy in all digital records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for management staff.
- Sort and distribute mail, as well as handle general office errands and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and general office administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced local environment.
