Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our front office and general administrative support.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests and visitors.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the executive team.
- Process invoices and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented mindset.
