Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and routing
- Professional greeting and screening of visitors/maintaining visitor logs
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Support office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Uphold strict confidentiality for sensitive company/client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
