Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry tasks into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, transferring them appropriately and taking detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support administrative staff with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
