Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage internal and external calendars to ensure optimal time management for the executive team.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and mail, routing messages and responding promptly.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and memos; maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience for staff.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies inventory, oversee basic facility maintenance requests, and support team events and meetings.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certificate in business administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
