Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and distributing documents.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintain accurate records in our management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office common areas and conference rooms.
- Support the administrative team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
