Responsibilities
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics

- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation management
- Handle vendor relationships and service contract renewals
- Assist with event planning and office facility management
- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot office equipment issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of office administration experience in Boston area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (required for errands)
