- Accurately process 50+ daily data entries using proprietary software and Excel
- Manage digital filing systems with 99.9% data integrity
- Coordinate office communications across 5+ departments
- Handle confidential documents with HIPAA-compliant protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for 10+ staff
- Support month-end reporting with quantitative data compilation
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Ability to maintain 98% accuracy in high-volume tasks
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional errands
