Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence via email, phone, and in-person.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and general correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, manage inventory, and ensure a professional and organized work environment.
- Data Entry & Research: Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems; conduct research as needed to support team objectives.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Organization: Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible schedule, including occasional remote work or evening hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.

- Assist with project management tasks and data analysis.
