Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements using Outlook and calendar tools.
- Screen and route incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents including reports, memos, and presentations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate logistics for team events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Assist with data entry and maintain the company database with up-to-date information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
