Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and office supply inventory.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
