Responsibilities
- Manage office calendars and coordinate scheduling for 5+ department heads
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with event coordination including logistics and vendor management
- Process expense reports and purchase orders following organizational guidelines
- Support data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
