Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage inventory, and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for clients.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos. Handle data entry with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book transportation, and handle travel expense reports for management.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
