Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Support the office with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications
