Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients facing disruption
- Lead high-stakes foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-ready strategies
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decisions
- Design and deploy organizational resilience programs for volatile futures
- Mentor junior consultants in advanced foresight methodologies and ethical innovation principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of consulting experience
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite foresight engagements for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience designing and facilitating executive-level foresight workshops
