- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-level clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic implementation blueprints
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports disseminated to 1,000+ executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-vetting protocols into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative/qualitative forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years consulting experience with proven 2020s trend-translation track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
