Responsibilities
- Conduct Deep-Dive Analysis: Research and analyze macroeconomic, technological, and social trends impacting the workforce through 2026 and beyond.
- Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create comprehensive strategic plans that align organizational goals with future industry shifts.
- Workforce Planning: Forecast talent requirements and skill gaps, advising leadership on necessary upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Future-Proofing Operations: Collaborate with operations teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, automation) into current workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex future scenarios to the C-suite and board members in a compelling, data-driven manner.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Contribute to white papers and thought leadership content regarding the future of work in 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Planning, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or futurism.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
- Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future scenarios.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
