As a key architect of our foresight division, you'll leverage cutting-edge scenario modeling, trend analysis, and stakeholder workshops to prepare organizations for unprecedented technological and societal shifts. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic communication to transform uncertainty into opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology impact assessments for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping disruptive forces to industry-specific vulnerabilities/opportunities
- Design probabilistic forecasting models using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) on future-proofing strategies
- Advolve with global policy think tanks on ethical AI and workforce transformation frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and critical analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or advanced R&D with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields (IEEE, WEF, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and workforce evolution strategies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neurotech implications
