Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients facing exponential change
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advour on ethical implications of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Proven track record of delivering C-level foresight engagements for global enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, climate tech adaptation, neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications (e.g., Futures Journal, HBR)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
