Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof business models and solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-generation concepts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic goals
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
