Responsibilities
- Develop multi-horizon strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2035 using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly Future State Reports with quantifiable impact assessments for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Design and execute horizon-scanning protocols for exponential technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AGI)
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors through compelling narrative visualization
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi analysis and causal layered analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's required, PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of professional foresight experience with Fortune 500 or global policy institutions
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative foresight methodologies (systems thinking, weak signal detection)
- Deep understanding of technological convergence patterns across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-proofing strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
