You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype future scenarios and deliver executive-ready insights that shape organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work disruptions
- Prototype interactive foresight tools using AR/VR platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
- Present findings at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning work
- Experience with AR/VR prototyping tools (Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
