Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives
- Produce strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 5-year innovation horizons
- Author executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging sectors
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering future-focused executive strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
