- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics across departments
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage office inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report reconciliation
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and updating employee records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proven data entry expertise with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
