Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and routing
- greet and assist visitors with warm professionalism
- coordinate complex calendars and meeting logistics
- process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols
- support office operations including supply management
- collaborate with team members on administrative projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- professional appearance and demeanor
- familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners)
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- bilingual (Spanish) preferred
