Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and maintain office supply inventory
- Support HR and administrative teams with document processing and scheduling
- Execute multi-line phone system handling and message routing
- Assist with vendor relations and service coordination

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
