Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and screening
- Greet and assist visitors with warm, personalized service
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and catering logistics
- Maintain reception area appearance and office supply inventory

- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

Qualifications
