- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message taking
- Greets and directs visitors with exceptional customer service
- Handles incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Maintains reception area cleanliness and organization
- Schedules and coordinates conference room bookings
- Assists with basic administrative tasks including data entry
- Supports office events and team coordination activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
