Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greeter all visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Support HR and office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
