- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, handling phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
- Process payroll documents and handle expense reports with strict accuracy.
- Utilize CRM software to update client and employee records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with office machinery and standard office protocols.
