Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and general administrative documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming experience.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Support the team with inventory management and supply ordering.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
