Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and organized environment at all times.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the lobby area, including coffee station and reading materials.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk administrator (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
