- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, route them to the correct department, and take accurate messages.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in processes, issue visitor badges, and maintain the reception area.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure common areas are tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
