Responsibilities
- Greet and Direct: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate messages.
- Data Entry: Input customer information and office data into our database systems with high accuracy.
- Mail & Filing: Sort and distribute incoming mail, while maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and ordering supplies.
- Customer Service: Address basic inquiries from clients or visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior receptionist experience needed. Previous data entry or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Professional demeanor, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
