Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and professionally direct incoming calls; manage email correspondence efficiently.
- Visitor Relations: Greet guests warmly, sign them in, and coordinate meeting room logistics and refreshments.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages; maintain office supply inventory and perform basic data entry.
- Calendar Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the executive team's calendar.
- Project Assistance: Support various departments with special projects and event coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant business training is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
