- Manage the company email inbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain the conference room schedules.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and petty cash reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous receptionist experience is preferred.
