- Scheduling: Maintain and update the company calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle mail distribution, manage incoming/outgoing faxes, and perform light data entry.
- Inventory: Assist with office supply ordering and basic inventory management.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate company events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
