Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Greet and direct guests, vendors, and clients, ensuring they are met with warmth and efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with basic data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
