Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate schedules and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Support office supply inventory and procurement
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and conference room bookings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
