Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors warmly and provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain appointment calendar and coordinate meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic data entry and document preparation tasks

Qualifications
