Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and accounting systems
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document accessibility
- Coordinate office logistics including inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Screen and direct communications (phone/email) to appropriate personnel
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential materials
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Support month-end reporting through data compilation and verification
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute and 98%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-prevention protocols
