- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance requests
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with discretion
- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain financial documentation accuracy
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical document management
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience
