Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and video conferences
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory procurement and vendor relationship management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications
